JRTC Kicks – Shipping Policy

At JRTC Kicks, we work hard to get your order out fast, safe, and accurate. Below is our official shipping policy so you always know what to expect.


1. Processing Time

All orders ship within 15 business days (Monday–Friday).

This does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery time depends on:

  • Your location

  • Carrier delivery speed

  • Weather or carrier delays

JRTC Kicks is not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier rates.


4. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed or texted (if available) once your order has been shipped.


5. Incorrect Addresses

Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an address is entered incorrectly and the order is shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Returned packages

  • Lost packages

  • Delayed packages

If the item is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.


6. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are no longer liable.

If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We can help guide you through the process if needed.
