At JRTC Kicks, we want you to love your purchase. Because many of our items are limited-release, custom-ordered, or sourced per request, we maintain a clear and fair refund/return policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (limited drops, specialty items, personal sizing selections), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.
2. Order Errors
If we made a mistake (wrong size, wrong item, incorrect color), we will correct the issue at no cost to you.
To report an issue:

Provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:

We will replace the damaged item or offer store credit, depending on stock availability
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is shipped, we are no longer responsible for:

Please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist if needed.
5. Sizing
Please double-check size charts before ordering. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues.
6. Custom or Pre-Order Items
All custom, preorder, and special-request sneakers or apparel are non-refundable.
